This Privacy Policy explains how Swipxl ("Swipxl", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Swipxl mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Swipxl needs access to the photos on your device so you can review, organize, and delete them. This is the core function of the App.
Swipxl collects a limited amount of non-photo information to operate, improve, and support in-app purchases:

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or account credentials, because Swipxl has no sign-up or login.
We rely on a small number of reputable providers to deliver these functions. They process data under their own privacy policies:

Your photos and cleanup history (such as deletion records and saved-photo lists) are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics and purchase records are retained by our service providers per their retention policies.
Data transmitted by our analytics and billing providers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but because Swipxl keeps your photos on your device and collects no account information, your most sensitive data never leaves your phone.
Swipxl is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because Swipxl collects no account data and keeps your photos on-device, most of your data is already under your direct control — uninstalling the App removes the on-device data. For analytics or purchase records held by our providers, contact us and we will help where we can. We do not sell personal information.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
